Kucinich: “If Congress doesn’t impeach President Bush for intentionally misleading the public, the next president should hand over Bush and his administration to law enforcement officials”
“The way to end the war is this: The leaders of Congress must go to the president and say, ‘Mr. President, we are not going to give you another dime. Use the money you have to bring the troops home,”‘ the Ohio congressman said.
“Somehow war and strength became equated, but now war and stupidity are being equated,” he said. “We cannot buy into this mentality that the war is going to be with us for a long time.”

How interesting that a real winner like Kucinich wants to turn the president of the United States over to law enforcement at the change of the term. Why in the world would we wait to do that if a crime has really been committed? And if they were, why do they not act on that by cutting off the funding.

JB, you need to read more. Bush didn’t do this on some bad intel. He just used bad intel to convince enough Americans to do what he had long since had planned - before 9/11 ever came about. Had you read anything outside of the very constricted news that is reported in the US you would have also known that he and Tony Blair discussed ways to try to lure Saddam into firing the first shot for months. They had made up their minds long ago that they were going to war with Iraq, the only question was how they would get the publics support. There were even reports of Colin Powell reviewing the material before his infamous presentation to the UN and tossing his scripts to the wind, yelling it was all BS! Get a clue. The presindential edict, which him or any other following president(what is perhaps not even better) would allow him to … take over the power behind any election as far as i understood, so this could perhaps be compared with the Weimarer Laws, which in the end creates a dictator.
@topic formal impeachment could be a good choice but if so do it quick now or wait for a situation were he will never be impeachable. The next president will not impeach the last one, forget it that would be like loosing face against the world.

I’m sick and tired of people saying Kucinich ruined Cleveland. Any retard who took the time to do research would know that the city defaulted on its loans while he was mayor, but years later, the city THANKED HIM for doing the RIGHT THING even when it was UNPOPULAR. They admitted that it saved residents MILLIONS of dollars in the long haul.

The sadest of times are yet to come Bush’s actions are not fully realized yet but here are steps to yake bake what we lost and is ours for the taking. If you know your local congressman or woman is a liar impeach him/her and vote for the only one that you can verify is truthful, write your congressman or woman and ask for impeachment 2,500 letters per state will impeach him. Do not complain without action or you are part of the problem.
never thought i would agree with SATAN (haha) but we’ll be lucky to see the elections even take place. iran will “go nook-yoo-lar” according to bush, wwIII will have officially begun (not that we’re not smack dab in the middle of it but whatever) and then he will declare the us in a state of distress and martial law will rule. only then will he open up those sealed documents to reveal his power now supercedes that of all previously existing laws, and he will declare the us to be too shaky to hold a proper election, therefore he shall remain “the decider” with no one to stop him, until he deems it safe….
